Bodegas Navaltallar is located in Navalilla, a few meters from the Duratón River. We belong to the Valtiendas PDO, literally surrounded by the Ribera del Duero PDO, but with an average altitude of 920 meters compared to the 780 of our Duero neighbors. In fact, Valtiendas is the highest Denomination of Origin in all of Europe.
Although the winery is young, it began marketing its products in 2010, Nearly 40,000 bottles are currently being marketed, that is, practically all of its production. At the national level our main markets are Madrid, Segovia, Galicia and Costa del Sol. And internationally, Germany, France and the United Kingdom. The United States deserves special mention, where through the Spirit of the Bull brand we have introduced our wines to the most demanding markets.
Young wines are produced (with four months in the barrel), oak with 8 and Crianza with 16. In all of them you can appreciate the elegant balance between acidity and alcoholic strength with a powerful phenolic maturation and a high intensity of color.
In addition to our own brands, Navaltallar produces wines for 4 other brands, which is an important line of business. Last but not least, Navaltallar has become a benchmark for wine tourism in the region in recent years.”
