Château Cruzeau è una tenuta storica situata a Saint-Émilion, fondata nel XVI secolo e gestita dalla famiglia Luquot dal 1907. Attualmente, la quinta generazione continua a sostenere la sua eredità con un'attenzione particolare all'espressione autentica delle qualità del terroir. Lo château riflette secoli di tradizione enologica, combinando l'eredità e l'esperienza moderna per creare i suoi rinomati vini.
I Vini
Château Cruzeau produce due vini Grand Cru di Saint-Émilion. Il primo, Château Cruzeau, è un blend di Merlot e Cabernet, che presenta sapori fruttati con una sottile nota di legno. Il secondo, Château Fleur de Jaugue, acquisito nel 2014, è un blend di Merlot e Cabernet Franc. Questo vino enfatizza la finezza, la rotondità e gli aromi di frutta matura, con una struttura potente che riflette il suo terroir di argilla e ghiaia. Entrambi i vini evidenziano l'impegno della tenuta nel produrre vini eleganti, equilibrati ed espressivi.

Amazing tour, so welcoming and informative!

We had an amazing tour, it ended up just being the two of us as we went out of season but it meant that it felt even more personal walking around the beautiful property and vineyards. We also booked the wine and chocolate option and felt that the flavours and notes of the wines and how they paired with each chocolate was very interesting. Of course, we had to buy a bottle to drink later! We would love to come back during the warmer months.

Belle présentation et bon vin

La maîtresse du château a bien fait vivre l.expérience de dégustation et de présentation du château.
Le vin était bon ainsi que le chocolat. Même si je suis loin d’être un spécialiste les accords chocolats et vins semble opportuns.
L.‘emplacement du vignoble devrait être mieux indiqué..
La dégustation de vin était un peu chiche en quantité. Je comprends que l’ on ne vienne pas au domaine pour s’enivrer mais quelques millilitres de plus aurait permis de mieux goûter le vin.

Très belle découverte du monument, de son histoire et du palais avec un personnel accueillant et sympathique. L'atelier s'est très bien déroulé, les conseils de dégustation étaient pertinents et le vin très bon, j'en ai ramené. Me and me friend booked a tour to try 3 wines and 3 cheeses paired with each wine. The experience was even better than i thought. Firstly it was only us on the tour and tour guide Jessica was very lovely person. She showed us around the château and we found out so much interesting information about wine making, not even for one minute it felt boring. In the end we had fun trying the 3 lovely wines all equally enjoyable. The cheeses were also delicious. Without a doubt i would recommend this tour and this place. First reason i picked it is because it was easier to reach without a car compared to other places, also that the price was decent. But after the tour i was even more delighted that it was better than expected and there was no need to go far. So i would highly recommend.
