Herbe Sainte or HERBO SANTO (Langue d’Oc): means whole of aromatic plants with medicinal virtue.
Located near of the high places of History in Languedoc, “The Cathar city of Minerve”.
The Domaine is bordered by the river CESSE which flows into the Canal du Midi (Located at 600 meters of the domaine) classified World Heritage.
During childhood, the sap of vines was already flowing in our veins. Burgundian origin, we were immersed into the spirit of wine. In 2001, we proceeded to the acquisition of Domaine de l’Herbe - Sainte and we developed our first vintage.

The philosophy of the Domaine de l'Herbe Sainte is to make quality wines while respecting our commitments to the environment and our customers.
We produce mainly wines in AOP Minervois red and IGP Pays d'Oc white, rosé and red.
Since December 2020, our vineyard is certified "High Environmental Value Level 3".
In 2001, we bought the Domaine de l'Herbe Sainte and joined the "Vignerons indépendants de France".
As a member, we respect the following collective charter ; The independant winemaker :
- cultivates his vineyard while respecting his terroir
- vinifies his wine in his own cellar
- sells his production by sharing the passion
