La Cave de Pauline was born from a real ambition: to deliver organic and good wine with advice like at the wine merchant while respecting eco-responsibility values. Parisian delivery would be by bike, the materials would be 100% recycled and the wines would come from responsible and committed know-how.
It is therefore in 2020 that the adventure begins. Pauline, is accompanied by Maxime, who selects for you the best vintages, from family-sized estates which come from our most beautiful terroirs.
La Cave de Pauline also includes: tasting workshops once a month in various locations, team-building, escape games around wine... And above all, passion!
Our goal is to delight your taste buds. This is why we also offer monthly boxes allowing you to discover quality organic wines while learning tasting techniques.
At Cave de Pauline, we are committed to selecting our wines from passionate winegrowers who practice organic or biodynamic farming.
