La Corte dei Goliardi is a commercial selection and bottling company wines that was born from the dream of wanting to convey our love for wine to everyone those who have a passion for this sector. The main objective was to identify a product that came from areas in which we were born is that it reflected the principles of passion, love and tradition as well as pride for the hills that host the beautiful vineyards of the area Chianti Classico.
Our search lasted many months during which we found ourselves at visit many wineries and analyze many Chianti Classici. Our search criteria were based exclusively on quality and traditionality of the product as our desire was to identify a wine that reminds us of the value of a product made with heart and respecting nature, therefore organic. Our journey took us to the wonderful Tuscan setting of Castelnuovo Berardenga in which we finally managed to find the wine that fills our bottles today.
Our 100% Sangiovese organic Chianti Classico looks like a red of excellent structure, pleasant, enveloping on the palate and when drinking; balanced wine with light notes of flavor, in which beautiful nuances of fruit are found woods and spices. The wine is matured through a 24-month cycle in barrel of steel and 30 days of aging in the bottle and is easily combined with fresh, semi-mature pecorino cheese, cold cuts and meats. Alcohol content 14.00% Recommended temperature 18° For us, this product represents an excellent example of quality that brings us back to a great tradition.
Our Riserva is a unique sensorial experience: an organic Chianti Classico that undergoes a different process compared to vintage Chianti Classico. The result is a wine with a persistent aroma and an intense and refined taste, which goes beautifully with the most elaborate dishes. The secret of its success lies in the choice of grapes and the tonneaux aging technique, which gives it a distinctive and inimitable character. Try this delicacy and let yourself be won over by its elegance and complexity. This wine is characterized by an intense garnet color that immediately presents itself to the eyes. On the nose, clear hints of ripe fruit and spices are perceived, which anticipate a taste of great structure and elegance. The tannin, although present, is silky and soft, making the wine very pleasant to drink. In summary, a wine that will satisfy the most demanding palates, with a strong and fascinating personality.
