Discover Winestillery, the first Vinstilleria located in the Chianti Classico region. Take an exciting journey through the history of cocktails in some of Italy's major cities, including Milan, Turin, Venice, and Florence.
The experience begins with a surprise welcome drink and a visit to our distillery where you can learn about our production philosophy and distillation process.
During your visit, you'll also get to experience a guided tasting of our Tuscan Vermouth and Tuscan Bitter. We'll share with you the captivating story of the MiTo, which is the progenitor of the Italian-style Aperitivo and served as the forerunner and father of iconic cocktails such as the Americano and Negroni.
To conclude the masterclass, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy three cocktails, including the Spritz, MITO/Americano, and Negroni.

Children under 8 years old are warmly welcomed to visit our Visitor Center. However, for safety reasons, access to the distillery's technical rooms is restricted to guests aged 8 and above. Additionally, in compliance with regulations, we do not serve alcohol to individuals under the age of 18. Thank you for your understanding.
