Karpima Wine Tasting Experience at Paros Farming Community

Experience a carefully curated wine & cheese tasting at Paros Farming Community.

You will arrive at the parking area of the Union of Agricultural Cooperatives of Paros, where clear signage will guide you to the visitor facilities. Upon arrival, you will receive a warm welcome before joining a guided introduction to the winery and its local winemaking tradition.

The experience then continues in the dedicated tasting room, specially designed to offer a comfortable and authentic setting. Here, the wine tasting is conducted in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. During this guided tasting, you will discover 4 local wines, each thoughtfully paired with handcrafted cheeses produced by PFC. The experience highlights the harmony between Paros wines, traditional cheesemaking, and the character of the island’s terroir.

Your tasting begins with the naturally sparkling Pét-Nat White, followed by carefully selected white, rosé, and red wines, each matched with a different artisanal cheese to enhance their aromas, texture, and complexity.

The pairings include:

- Pét-Nat White with Souroto
- Seiradi White with Graviera
- Seiradi Rosé with Kefalotyri
- Seiradi Red with wine-aged cheese

Freshly baked traditional bread and extra virgin olive oil will be served alongside the tasting.
