Guests may explore the site independently, use an audio guide, or choose full archaeological guiding inside Knossos, which is available only with an official licensed guide at an additional cost, ensuring an in-depth and accurate interpretation of the Minoan civilization.
The journey continues through the scenic countryside of Crete to a family-owned olive oil factory, where guests enjoy a guided visit and tasting of premium extra virgin olive oils, learning about traditional production methods and quality characteristics. The experience then moves to a local winery, featuring a guided tour of the vineyards followed by a tasting of selected Cretan wines, offering insights into indigenous grape varieties and modern winemaking techniques.
The tour concludes in the charming village of Archanes, known for its colorful streets and authentic atmosphere.
