Our journey begins with a delightful winery tour, where you'll be treated to a tasting of three exceptional wines:

- Giovane Ribelle Brut

The climax of the experience awaits you at the Bistro, where our talented chefs have prepared a specially curated lunch to perfectly complement our wines. Indulge in the "Langa nel piatto": a trio of traditional Langa appetizers, followed by your choice of Plin butter and sage or tajarin with 30 yolks.
