Discover an authentic wine tasting experience at Mongioia Winery in the heart of the Langhe UNESCO hills, one of the most iconic wine territories in Piedmont. Guests are welcomed at our sixth-generation family winery and guided through the history of the Mongioia family, deeply connected to Moscato production and the traditions of the Langhe region. The experience continues with a guided visit to the cellar, where visitors can explore our production philosophy and discover unique winemaking techniques, including the patented Vanfraré method and the historic Dutch “Sacchi” filtration system.
During the experience, you will taste 5 different Moscato wines, each expressing a unique interpretation of the territory and grape variety. The tasting includes an introduction to aromas, terroir, food pairings, and production methods, offering a deeper understanding of Moscato d’Asti and the winemaking culture of the Langhe. Small appetizers and selected local products are served alongside the wines to enhance the tasting experience.

Where we are and how to reach us
Mongioia Winery is located in Santo Stefano Belbo, in the heart of the Langhe hills of Piedmont.
Address: Frazione Valdivilla 40, 12058 Santo Stefano Belbo (CN), Italy.
The winery can be easily reached by car and free parking is available directly at the property. The road passes through vineyard landscapes and panoramic hills typical of the Langhe region.
The nearest major towns are Alba and Asti, both reachable in about 35–40 minutes by car. The closest train station is Santo Stefano Belbo, but for greater flexibility we recommend arriving by private car or taxi, as public transportation in the Langhe area is limited.
Upon arrival, guests will see the Mongioia winery sign and vineyards surrounding the estate.
