Relax, and in the afternoon enjoy your hands-on Cooking Class (approximately 3 hours), focused on creating a traditional Tuscan menu.

Menu & Program
Begin your culinary journey with a warm welcome snack, featuring a selection of local cold cuts and traditional pizza al testo.

Let’s start cooking:
Learn the secrets of preparing Tagliatelle, Ravioli (with the day’s filling), Pasta alla Chitarra, or Gnocchi, guided step-by-step by our chefs.
You will also prepare a second course—such as pollo alla contadina or beer-battered cutlets—and a dessert.
Each dish is enhanced by a glass of renowned Montepulciano Red Wine.

Ready for dinner?
After mastering the techniques of our cuisine—which you can bring back home—you’ll sit down to enjoy dinner made with the dishes prepared during the class.
End the evening with our delicious homemade Limoncello.

Dinner includes all the recipes prepared during the cooking class, enjoyed in a convivial atmosphere, paired with our wine.

Overnight stay
