•  Tagliere Toscano – A selection of artisanal cured meats that perfectly enhance the structure of Rosso Fresco "Furbacco"

•  Savignola Wine Risotto or Handmade Pasta – A delicate balance with the refined elegance of Riserva "Paolina".

•  Pecorino & Grana Selection – Directly sourced from our partner farms, bringing out the rich depth of Gran Selezione "360°".

Drizzle our estate-produced Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Balsamic condiment over your dishes for an extra layer of authenticity.

The estate is 1 hour drive south of Florence and you will drive through the splendid Chianti scenery on the way to the winery.

If your prefer to use public transportation, from Florence you can take a bus (#365) to reach Greve Tirassegno station and from there it'll take 20 minutes walking

It was very Private, cozy and the view was extra ordinary. The meal was also very good and we were completely full. I loved the risotto and the sorbet and the good wine.

This was an excite experience. Alicia took us on a brief tour provided the history of the vineyard and walked us through each wine. Lunch was more than a “ light lunch” and was delicious. Highly recommend this experience.

What can I say except that despite the rain and wind, the welcome and attention we received was like a ray of sunshine. You can feel the love that the owners of the estate have for their land and their wine, and their desire to share their wine as well as their oil or their fantastic balsamic vinegar made from the estate's grapes. I have no doubt that I'll be coming back, as I've fallen under the spell of this magnificent place, lost (in every sense of the word, but that's its charm) in the Chianti countryside. What a delight and what luck to be able to discover places like this. As for the tasting meal, a 10/10.... Copious, refined and tasty... What more could you ask for?
I'm afraid I have nothing to suggest as everything was perfect!

Two weeks ago, we had the pleasure of visiting Savignola Paulina vineyard in the heart of Tuscany, a place with a special history, founded by a remarkable woman who was ahead of her time. The wine tasting was exceptional, with a great selection, and the food, locally inspired, was also incredible (Big compliments to the chef). The setting was simply breathtaking. Highly recommended!!
