Here is what's in store for you

The starting point of this experience at Emilio Sciacca's winery will be in the ancient Palmento Martinella, surrounded by the knotted grapevines and the typical lavic-stone terracings. Here, the old rural tools have found new life in a system thought for modern, sustainable tourism. The goal of this experience is to understand how a product is crafted to express care for traditional values and nature; the low percentage of sulfites in Emilio Sciacca's wines bears witness to this effort.

You'll be offered a tasty and genuine lunch featuring an assorted Sicilian appetizer (caponata, parmigiana, vegan pie, cold cuts, cheese, cous cous, etc), a season-based first course, and a main course. Emilio Sciacca's three labels – Biancopiglio, Rossobrillo e Neromagno – will in turn enhance each dish. To finish, you'll enjoy a typical dessert and a glass of sweet wine.

My family and I had a lovely time at Emilio Sciaccia. The food was delicious, the wines were very enjoyable, and Vincenzo the sommelier answered all of our questions and made us feel very welcome. All staff were very hospitable, and our server Valentina did an excellent job. The location is stunningly beautiful, with a large terrace offering a panoramic view of Mt. Etna and the surrounding agricultural area. Highly recommended!

Vincenzo ci ha fatto vedere i vigneti e descritto tecnicamente i tipi di uve che coltivano. Struttura bella e caratteristica il pranzo ci ha sorpreso positivamente perché diverso da altre cantine. Vini particolari ben abinati alle pietanze. Ripeteremo sicuramente l'esperienza.

We loved our afternoon at Emilio Sciacca. Our guide for the first part of the tour was the sommelier and he was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging. Though the weather wasn’t great for our visit he still took us outside to explain the wine growing and making process with such passion. The facilities are great—it’s a converted old Palmeto (wine making press). On better weather days I am sure the views are unbelievable. The wines are really unique and interesting but what really made the day was the 3-course full lunch. The food was fantastic-legitimately gourmet restaurant quality. We loved our experience—don’t hesitate to book and support this boutique vineyard!

the guide at the winery was very nice and warm
everything about the location was stunning, beautiful little winery with great views of the volcano
food was good, although because there were many people one of the dishes was cold, still tasty

It was a beatiful experience. I could returne in the future. I appreciated expecially the starter and the main meal. I have to say the location it was more beautifuk than I though.

Eravamo in due a fare la degustazione con pranzo completo nella tenuta di Emilio Sciacca. È stata una fantastica esperienza, i vini erano tutti di assoluta qualità e grazie alle spiegazioni del sommelier abbiamo potuto apprezzare tutte le caratteristiche di ognuno. Anche il pranzo era ottimo e con le sue portate si accompagnava perfettamente ad ogni vino scelto! Grazie ancora!
