Lunch and Etna Wine Tasting with vineyard tour at Emilio Sciacca
Here is what you will live
The starting point will be in the ancient Palmento Martinella, surrounded by the knotted grapevines and the typical lavic-stone terracings. Here, the old rural tools have found new life in our system thought for modern, sustainable tourism. The goal of this experience is to craft a product expressing our care for traditional values and nature; the low percentage of sulfites in our wines bears witness to this effort.
Our choice of raw materials reflects the dedication towards nature in our production stages; we accurately select the best ingredients in order to give you a food and wine experience enhancing the powerful simplicity of an authentic, naturally good wine. We will namely offer you a tasty and genuine lunch featuring an assorted appetizer based on local products, a season-based first course, and a main course. Our three labels – Biancopiglio, Rossobrillo e Neromagno – will in turn enhance each dish. To finish, we will offer you a typical dessert and coffee.
The guided vineyard tour will complete the lunch and Etna Wine Tasting experience. You will learn about the Etna terroir and the peculiarities which make the area of the highest active volcano in Europe the best to appreciate the bond between man and nature.

- Biancopiglio will be paired with an entrée of local cheeses, Etna olives and other local products.
