Get ready for an exciting lunch with a tasting that will lead you to the discovery of the wonderful Etna territory at Tenute Moganazzi.
Your lunch experience will be preceded by a guided tour through the vineyards of Contrada Moganazzi, where you'll have the opportunity to see rows of Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio, Carricante and Cataratto, and it will be possible to observe the ancient wine barrels owned by the family.
Your typical lunch will consist of a Sicilian appetizer with delicacies like cured meats and cheeses, bread and Etna olive oil, pestos, jams, olives, and sun-dried tomatoes, a homemade first course, a second course with a side dish and a dessert, all prepared with seasonal and local vegetables, fruits, and meat. During the meal, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a tasting of three wines from the Don Michele Etna DOC Rosso line and a taste of the Don Michele Etna DOC Bianco line.
