The journey concludes with a guided tasting of four Metodo Classico labels: Brut, Extra Brut, Rosé, and the flagship Centodieci Nature, aged 36 months on the lees. Wines are served with a platter of traditional products from Oltrepò Pavese, creating the perfect pairing of bubbles and territory.
