In the land of Morellino di Scansano, you'll find the interesting Winery of Erik Banti. At the beginning of this adventure, the winemaker decided to prune shorter, sacrificing quantity with harsh shoot thinning, and use stainless steel vats – four times as expensive as the traditional concrete version – while investing energy in hygiene in the cellars.
This is what you'll discover: the history of a great wine and the relationship between Erik Banti winery and the territory of Maremma! With this wine tasting experience you will taste 4 wines:

Wine tasting with Erik
They treated us like family, the wine and oil was very tasty, they even paired it with great homemade food. And Erik explained everything about their wine and their history.
He even helped us make reservations for dinner at a friend’s osteria.
