Mornington Peninsula discovery tasting at Montalto
Here is what you will live
The cool, maritime climate of the Mornington Peninsula creates the ideal growing environment for the early ripening varieties Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Gris, (as well as a unique cool-climate take on the classic Australian variety, Shiraz).
The Mornington Peninsula Discovery Tasting offers beginners and seasoned wine lovers alike insight into the roles played by variety, site and winemaking in producing world-class and cool-climate wines. Set in our devoted Wine Experience room overlooking the Estate vineyards, we will guide you through an educational tasting of wine from our current releases and back vintages, as well as limited bottlings not available elsewhere.
Following your tasting, take a seat in the beautiful Piazza Cafe, where the seasonal menu is drawn from our produce gardens. Enjoy a casual, shared lunch with a glass of Estate wine. After lunch take your time to explore the contemporary sculpture collection set amongst the produce gardens and vineyards of the estate.

Reviews of this Winery
Such a unique space with incredibly tasty...
Montalto is resting on its laurels. Great...
Outdoor surroundings of premises were nice... quality...
This one is really good vineyard for...
Also can go for a walk after the food .. good places around with proper guidelines. Few good spots for the photographers.
