Natural Wine Tasting & Vineyard Walk with Tapas at La Espontánea in Sant Pere de Ribes
Here is what's in store for you
Your host, Michele, a sommelier who has been selecting and sharing natural wines since 2020, will guide you on a scenic walk through the vineyards and pine forests of Sant Pere de Ribes. Along the way, you will learn about organic viticulture, the history of the Penedès region, and the rhythm of life among the vines.
The experience continues with a rooftop tasting of three natural wines. You will sample Paret Seca, a light orange wine from Penedès made from the Macabeu grape with skin maceration, and Clos Lentiscus’ Perill Noir, a red wine from old-vine Carignan. The third wine is your choice from Michele's current selection, which may include sparkling, red, orange, rosé, or white natural wines from other regions.
The tasting is accompanied by homemade tapas such as gourmet salads, burrata, and butifarra sausages, all served on a rooftop terrace overlooking Parc del Garraf. In case of bad weather, the experience moves to a cozy indoor lounge with the welcoming atmosphere of a home wine bar.
