Here is what's in store for you
Enjoy a private olive oil experience at Minissale Farmhouse, surrounded by the peaceful countryside near Taormina, Mount Etna and Catania.
During the visit, you will walk through the olive grove and learn about the main Sicilian DOP extra virgin olive oils, with explanations about olive tree cultivation, natural farming techniques, agronomic practices, harvesting methods, and the main challenges of olive growing.
Depending on the season, the experience may also include a visit to the oil mill. At other times of the year, the harvest and mill process will be explained through videos.
The experience ends with a tasting of extra virgin olive oil, accompanied by a Sicilian food pairing including a board of selected cold cuts and cheeses, various bruschette, fruit, pecan nuts, and one glass of Sicilian red wine per person.
