Here is what's in store for you

We are ready to welcome you to Tenuta Mareli for a tasting of our organic and biodynamic wines produced in the hills of Lucca.

Upon arrival, we will take you on a tour of the vineyard near the winery, followed by a visit to the interior rooms of Tenuta Mareli.

After the tour, we will take a comfortable seat under a pergola. I will sit at the table together with you to explain the history of our family business, our philosophy on natural wines, the winemaking processes, and the organoleptic characteristics of our wines. Then you will enjoy a tasting of 4 of our wines. You can also choose to accompany the wines with a selection of crostini, cold cuts and local cheeses, our extra virgin olive oil, and our acacia, chestnut, millefiori, and pollen honey.

Depending on the time of year, you will also have the opportunity to witness some of the winemaking processes (harvesting, pressing with feet, winemaking, bottling, and labeling, all done manually). We will try to make you understand the love and passion we put into our work. Depending on the number of guests, the tour may last an hour or two.

Tolle Weinprobe mit umfangreicher Verköstigung. Liebevoll familiengeführtes Weingut im gepflegten Wein- und Olivenbaumhang. Die Kinder konnten während der Probe im Hof und am Weinhang spielen.
Alle Weine, Öle und Speisen waren von hoher Qualität. Absolut zu empfehlen

Wij hadden de wijnproeverij ‘gourmet tasting’ geboekt. Deze was 40 euro per persoon en was het meer dan waard.

We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door Francesca en we startte gelijk met een uitleg over hoe de wijnen gemaakt werden en kregen een aantal filmpjes te zien.

Vervolgens gingen we door naar het proeven. We kregen de 4 verschillende wijnen die ze maken allemaal te proeven en deze waren stuk voor stuk heerlijk en je krijgt een goed vol glas. We mochten zelfs aan het eind nog een glas van de wijn die wij het lekkerste vonden

Ook kregen we allerlei vers gemaakt eten wat echt verrukkelijk was.

We kregen ook de honing en de olijfolie te proeven die ze daar ook zelf maakten. Deze waren ook heerlijk.
Als je deze tasting boekt zorg dat je niet van te veel eet van te voren want je krijgt echt heel veel lekkers.

abbiamo prenotato la degustazione gourmet per due persone per pranzo e ne siamo usciti felici e super soddisfatti!
La ragazza che ci ha accompagnati in questo percorso è stata davvero brava illustrandoci anche come tutti i loro prodotti vengono preparati. I quattro vini proposti (rosè, bianco e due rossi) sono stati molto apprezzati; anche il cibo è stato molto gradito… anzi buonissimo e tantissimo (con opzione gourmet abbiamo mangiato: tagliere di salumi nostrani, focaccia fatta in casa, giardiniera fatta in casa, pomodorini secchi fatti in casa, olive, 8 crostini (lardo, olio, fegatini, pomodorini), selezione di mieli con pecorino e il loro polline, pappa al pomodoro (la più buona mai mangiata), polpette di carne e sughetto di pomodoro e due involtini di pasta sfoglia con ripieno di verdure) TUTTO SQUISITO.
la degustazione è durata all’incirca 3 ore.
per concludere devo dire anche che la loro tenuta è davvero bellissima

Wir waren zu sechst beim Weingut Tenuta Mareli und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit dort! Das Essen war sehr lecker und reichlich! Die Weine haben super geschmeckt und uns wurde immer etwas zu den Gärzeiten und den Trauben erzählt. Der Service war von vorne bis hinten top! Die Location ist sehr gemütlich und schön! Es hat sich nach einer authentischen Toskana Erfahrung angefühlt und wir würden es jederzeit wieder machen!
Wir haben die „klassische Weinverkostung“ gebucht und es war reichlich Essen (sehr lecker) für alle da.

We had a lovely time with a tour, tasting (wine, olive oil and honey), and snacks. It is a very pretty vineyard and is a great stop for anyone on their way to or from Lucca or Cinque Terre. It's quite small so no one should be expecting a multi-building tour that some larger vineyards might offer.

We really enjoyed the enormous feast that Tenuta Marli prepared for us. We tried hard but couldn’t finish all the delicious food they served us. Among the 4 wines we were offered the white and the red which was only San Gervaiso grapes were best. Wasn’t very fond of the rose. Honey was also delicious.
