Caruso & Minini winery welcomes you to Marsala to enjoy a special wine experience, a perfect marriage of food and wine.
Each experience at Caruso & Minini is inspired by the values of a land with a millennial history, naturally suited to the cultivation of vines; in the Trapani area, the fourth generation of the company aims to give new horizons by promoting an increasingly contemporary drinking, close to the people.
After a tour of the winery, this experience includes a tasting of typical local delicacies, like Castelvetrano's black bread, our own extra virgin olive oil and 5 of Genna's excellent dairy products, served in a perfect combination with 5 of our labels:
- Black bread, olive oil and salt flavored with orange and rosemary
- Formaggella with basil & LILLO (grillo)
- Saffron and pink pepper cheese & FRAPPO (frappato rosé)
- Turmeric cheese & BIBBO (zibibbo)
- "Ciuri Ciuri" cheese & PERRIPO' (perricone)
- Bottarga and mint cheese & TAGOS (late harvest grillo)
