Here is what's in store for you

A guided tour to discover the Castle cellars and its wines accompanied by a PASTA cooking class! Suitable for all those who not only want to taste our wines, but would like to try their hand at making pasta such as tagliatelle or tagliolini. An itinerant tasting of three wines with a guided tour inside our evocative cellar reveals our history and that of our wines, before we move into the kitchen for a hands on experience with pasta dough! At the end everyone sits around the table to enjoy the dishes prepared during the course.

You'll taste 3 wines:

- Bianco della Congiura IGT White

- Pazzino IGT Red

- Lastricato Chanti Rufina Riserva DOCG Rosso

Pairings: Two types of handmade pasta and two sauces, plus home-made appetizers to match the wines being tasted.

Accoglienza cordiale, Il castello è stato egregiamente presentato attraverso le sue origini.
Abbiamo visitato le splendide cantine medievali, poi ci siamo spostati all'interno del Castello, dove abbiamo ammirato alcuni saloni; il percorso si è concluso con la degustazione dei loro vini accompagnati da salumi e formaggi.
