Pasta cooking class and wine tasting experience at Castello del Trebbio

A guided tour to discover the historic cellars of Castello del Trebbio and its wines, followed by a fun pasta cooking class! This experience is perfect for those who not only want to taste Castell del Trebbio wines but also wish to try their hand at making fresh pasta such as tagliatelle or tagliolini.

The tour begins with an itinerant tasting of three wines – Bianco della Congiura IGT White, Canaiolo Ciliegiolo IGT Red, and Chianti Rufina Riserva DOCG Rosso – accompanied by a guided visit inside our evocative cellar, where you’ll learn about the history of Castello del Trebbio and its winemaking tradition.

Afterwards, you’ll move into the kitchen for a hands-on experience with pasta dough. At the end, everyone sits together to enjoy the dishes prepared during the course, paired with two types of handmade pasta, two sauces, and homemade appetizers that complement the wines.
