With the wine tour at Fattoria di Piazzano you'll be able to choose among 2 different options:

Basic wine tasting: Visit to the Farm with a walk in the vineyard and presentation of the various grapes cultivated. Visit to the winery and the vinsantaia. Tasting of 4-5 wines including white, rosé or red chosen from Fattoria di Piazzano's labels. The tasting is accompanied by crackers or breadsticks and bread with olive oil of their production.

Superior wine tasting: The superior tasting option includes not only a visit to the winery and vineyards and the tasting of 5 or more wines, but also hearty mixed platters with various cured meats (salami, prosciutto, finocchiona, etc.) and various kinds of cheese, marmalades prepared by them to match the cheeses, seasonal vegetables, bread and oil from their own production, and more.

Winetasting
We (my husband and me) had a wonderful experience at the winery. We had a tasting and tour around the vineyard. All was well explained en we could taste as much wine as we want. All accompanied by bread, cheese and salami. It is a beautiful family business which produces beautiful wines. You must visit them when in Tuscany! Elvira

Pleasant experience
Although the time of year wasn't the best (early January), our experience was nonetheless very pleasant. The owners of the winery were very kind and hospitable. They initially took us to see their land and the surrounding area (from there you can admire the beautiful hills that surround the landscape), then they offered us a brief tour of the cellar with detailed explanations about their production processes etc. Finally, they had us do a tasting of 5 different wines plus the vino santo, all produced by them and accompanied by local zero-kilometer food products. Everything was of excellent quality and the visit was very pleasant overall.

Great wines and friendly hosts
We had a pleasent winery tour and turned out that premium package with wine, bread, cold cuts and cheese was perfect as a light lunch! The wines were delicious and we left the winery really happy with the whole experience. We can highly recommend.
