The Pinot Noir vineyards of the Cantina Cantarutti are all located in Rosazzo, whose soil is characterised by an alternation of marl and sandstone called "Flysch".
The microclimate here is truly unique and the short distance from the Adriatic Sea and the presence of the Santa Caterina hill ensure mild winters and springs, guaranteeing absolute quality for the vines.
The experience includes a guided walk through the Pinot Noir vineyard and the barrique cellar, where you will learn all the secrets behind the production of the wines.
Following this, you will have the opportunity to taste 3 Classic Method sparkling wines and a still Pinot Noir, paired with cheeses of different ages, in order to fully appreciate the different characteristics of the wines.
