This gastronomic tasting experience at Cantina Santo Iolo begins with a guided tour of the vineyard and winery, where the estate owners share insights into their agronomic and winemaking processes.
The visit continues under the panoramic porch overlooking the vineyards, where guests will enjoy a tasting of four wines paired with four seasonal dishes. The selection includes the elegant Sparkling Rosé Gibigiana (Metodo Classico), the fresh Vermentino Pratalia aged in stainless steel, the distinctive Vermentino Pratalia in Anfora aged in terracotta amphora, and a refined Merlot. Each wine is carefully paired with a complementary food tasting, offering a perfect balance of flavors.
