Do you want to taste authentic Amarone made following traditional processes? Then Vini Meroni is the right winery for you!
A fascinating experience that starts surrounded by nature with a short walk in the vineyards, where an expert will explain the methods of growing grapes.
This will be followed by a guided tour of the aging cellar and barrel cellar, with an explanation of the winemaking processes of the incredible wines produced at Vini Meroni.
The tour ends inside the old cellar dating back to the 1700s, where you will have the opportunity to taste 4 wines paired with local delicacies such as cheese and cold cuts from the territory.

È stata una bellissima esperienza, dall'inizio alla fine; Carlo e sua sorella ci hanno accompagnato in quetso percorso creando un ambiente conviviale e piacevole; Consiglio assolutamente questa esperienza. Non vedo l'ora di tornare.

Cette visite à l'azienda Merino a été vraiment intéressante et pédagogique grâce à la gentillesse et à l'amabilité de notre hôte qui nous a expliqué de manière très claire le travail de la vigne. Il nous a ensuite fait déguster plusieurs vins en les accompagnant de délicieux fromages et salaisons de la région. Je précise qu'initialement la visite devait se faire en français mais que, suite à un malentendu, elle s'est faite en italien, ce qui n'a pas trop posé problème : je me débrouille en italien et j'ai pu traduire l'essentiel en français à mon mari.
Merci à notre hôte d'avoir relevé le défi de faire seul cette visite puisqu'en principe il devait être aidé d'une traductrice.
En tout cas, je ne peux que vous recommander la visite de cette cave: le vin y est excellent ! Nous avons d'ailleurs demandé l'expédition de quelques bouteilles chez nous en Belgique.
