Tenuta Cappellina awaits you in the heart of Chianti Classico for this experience.
Upon arrival, your experience will begin with a tour of Tenuta Cappellina. The guided tour begins in the most important part of the entire estate: the vineyard. During the tour, you'll learn about the history of the winery, its cultivation, and the grape varieties grown.
During a tour of the cellar, you'll discover how wine is made and its aging process.
Finally, seated in the elegant wine cellar, you'll be guided through a wine and olive oil tasting. After an initial explanation, you'll taste five different organic wines (Rosé IGT, Chianti Classico DOCG, Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG, Chianti Classico Gran Selezione DOCG, and Supertuscan Dianne IGT) and grappa. The tasting will be paired with traditional Tuscan products such as salami, pecorino cheese with balsamic vinegar, and bruschetta with their own extra virgin olive oil.
