Tenuta Cappellina awaits you in the heart of Chianti Classico for this experience.
Upon arrival, your experience will begin with a tour of the Cappellina Estate. The guided tour begins at the most important place on the entire estate: the vineyard. During the tour, you will learn about the history of the winery, cultivation, and grape varieties.
By visiting the winery you will discover how wine is made and its aging process.
Finally, sitting in the elegant wine shop, you will be guided through a wine and olive oil tasting. After an initial explanation, you will taste 5 different organic wines (Rosato IGT, Chianti Classico DOCG, Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG, Chianti Classico Gran Selezione DOCG, and Supertuscan Dianne IGT) and Grappa. The tasting will be paired with typical Tuscan products such as salami, pecorino cheese with balsamic vinegar, and bruschetta with farm-produced extra virgin olive oil.
