Here is what's in store for you
Your private tour begins when a certified sommelier guide picks you up at your accommodation in Florence. You'll travel into the Tuscan countryside in a comfortable, air-conditioned minivan, heading for the heart of the Chianti Classico region.
The day is dedicated to discovering small-scale, passionate producers. You will visit two organic or biodynamic wineries, chosen for the quality of their craft. At the first estate, you'll learn about their winemaking process, from the vineyard to the cellar, followed by a guided tasting of four different Chianti Classico wines and their extra virgin olive oil.
The second stop combines food and wine. Here, you will sit down for a complete Tuscan lunch featuring local specialties with a first course, a platter of cold cuts and cheese, crostini and a dessert. The meal is paired with a tasting of five wines from the estate, allowing you to experience how they complement the regional cuisine. At the end of the tour, your guide will drive you back to Florence.
