Here is what's in store for you

Explore the ancient Chianti wineries with this private wine tour departing from Livorno.

Start your adventure with a private car and driver from the Livorno Port. Drive through the beautiful countryside of Tuscany. Visit an old winery, taste local wine, and learn about the famous Chianti region!

After approx 1.5 hours of driving, following the Chianti Wine Road that winds between gentle slopes with olive groves and vineyards, you will reach the village of Greve in Chianti, the birthplace of the Tuscan explorer Giovanni da Verrazzano, the first European to reach the New York Harbor and one of the most typical Chianti villages.
A statue of Giovanni da Verrazzano is here in Piazza Matteotti, a gently sloping square and life hub in Greve. Around this square, under graceful porticoes, you'll get a chance to wander in the many local shops and wine stores. The famous butcher shop Falorni has been here for 500 years!

Next, you'll continue your journey through the amazing Chianti landscapes, passing the village of Panzano in Chianti with its Santa Maria Church dominating the valley. You'll reach the area of San Donato, the heart of the Chianti Classico countryside, and stop at a hilltop winery for a visit. Satisfy all your curiosity about Chianti and the local wine culture!

Breathe the history of an ancient winery, discover the passion behind its excellence, and learn more about the winemaking process. Then relax and enjoy a Chianti wine tasting as well as tasting Tuscan olive oil, balsamic vinegar, etc.

Next, you can choose to stop for lunch in some local restaurant to enjoy a truly authentic and tasty Tuscan meal, or alternatively visit another wine estate to enjoy a light lunch with Tuscan local food there while enjoying a second wine tasting.

At the end of your day in Chianti and the Tuscan countryside, after a relaxing drive, your private driver will drop you off at your ship.
