At Ca’ Rugate, the experience begins with an introduction to the Valpolicella vineyards by a member of the hospitality team, followed by a guided visit to the winery.

During the tour, you will learn more about Ca’ Rugate’s winemaking philosophy, including the appassimento process, grape drying, aging, and the production methods behind some of the area’s most iconic wines.

You will also visit the estate’s Wine Museum, a site of regional cultural interest and one of the highlights of the winery. The experience concludes at the Eno-Atelier, a tasting room of Ca’ Rugate with a tasting of 5 wines that showcase the richness and diversity of Valpolicella, crafted from native grape varieties such as Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella.

The wines featured in the tasting are:
- Campo Bastiglia Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso
- Campo Lavei Valpolicella Superiore
- Punta 470 Amarone della Valpolicella
- Eremita Recioto della Valpolicella
- Vermouth di Amarone
