Here is what's in store for you
Upon your arrival at Antica Masseria Jorche, you will be welcomed with an aperitif consisting of a glass of their Dipinta - Negroamaro del Salento IGP accompanied by homemade friselline with fresh tomatoes and the estate's own Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
After the welcome aperitif, you'll take part in a guided tour of the winery and its vineyards. During your visit to the winery's barrique cellar, you will have the opportunity to taste some Primitivo wine tapped directly from the barrique. The same type of wine tasted in barrique - Primitivo di Manduria DOP - will be also poured from the bottle, in order to make you better understand the difference between an aging wine and the finished product. The tasting will be accompanied by the taste of some locally produced Pecorino cheese.
At the end of the guided tour, you will be offered a tasting of the estate's Primitivo di Manduria DOCG Dolce Naturale accompanied by pezzi duri, typical Apulian sweets made with almonds.
Finally, after the winery tour, you will move to the Masseria's restaurant, where you will enjoy a typical dinner based on products from the region. The dinner menu is to be agreed upon when booking depending on your preferences.

La cena presso la masseria ha sofferto invece di una certa disorganizzazione.
Il giardino della masseria Jorche merita decisamente una cura maggiore, peccato perché la masseria è bella ma se possiedi un simile giardino è tuo dovere prendertene cura
