Here you'll uncover the secrets of classic method sparkling wine and enjoy an exclusive tasting featuring three autochthonous varieties - Ribolla Gialla, Friulano and Collio Bianco - as well as five other varietal whites, including Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon, Malvasia, and Chardonnay, plus a fine white blend combining grapes from Italian and Slovenian vineyards. Also savor two delicious reds: Merlot and Pinot Noir and two sparkling wines pas dosè Blanc de Blancs and Rosato, each one perfectly paired with local cold cuts and cheeses from the Friuli Venezia Giulia region.
