Experience the unique journey of winemaker’s work, where it all begins in the vineyards and culminates in the cellar. Take a closer look at the different stages of winemaking: from arrival of the grapes to the winery, fermentation, aging, and bottling. Here you'll uncover the secrets of classic method sparkling wine and enjoy an exclusive tasting featuring three autochthonous varieties - Ribolla Gialla, Friulano and Collio Bianco - as well as five other varietal whites, including Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon, Malvasia, and Chardonnay, plus a fine white blend combining grapes from Italian and Slovenian vineyards. Also savor two delicious reds: Merlot and Pinot Noir and two sparkling wines pas dosè Blanc de Blancs and Rosato, each one perfectly paired with local cold cuts and cheeses from the Friuli Venezia Giulia region.

Esperienza molto piacevole.
Proprietario gentile, disponibile e molto competente.
Molto buoni i vini assaggiati, hanno valorizzato il tagliere di salumi e formaggi e... hanno meritato che ne facessimo una scorta.

Mr Pintar (and his mum) gave us more than a wine tasting - they made us feel at home. The wine was excellent but we also truly enjoyed chatting to them about the region, the local cuisine, the different languages spoken in the area: all this accompanied by a lovely charcuterie and cheese board.

ci siamo recati come gruppo di amici per degustare i vini di questa cantina non rivolta alle grandi quantità, ma alla QUALITÀ. I proprietari molto coinvolgenti e simpatici, ti fanno anche la degustazione in maniera eccezionale come passaggio da bottiglia in bottiglia. Altro punto meritevole: talmente premurosi che le bottiglie non ancora disponibili, fanno assaggiare vini presi direttamente da botte. Come accostamenti tutti prodotti locali e squisiti per poter assaporare meglio il vino
vi suggerisco di fare degustazione completa di tutti i vini e di arrivare con il baule vuoto per poterlo riempire
