Take a closer look at the different stages of winemaking: from arrival of the grapes to the winery, fermentation, aging, and bottling. Here you'll uncover the secrets of classic method sparkling wine and enjoy an exclusive tasting featuring three autochthonous varieties - Ribolla Gialla, Friulano and Collio Bianco - as well as five other varietal whites, including Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon, Malvasia, and Chardonnay, plus a fine white blend combining grapes from Italian and Slovenian vineyards. Also savor two delicious reds: Merlot and Pinot Noir and two sparkling wines pas dosè Blanc de Blancs and Rosato, each one perfectly paired with local cold cuts and cheeses from the Friuli Venezia Giulia region.

Discovering the wines of Collio
Kind, helpful and very knowledgeable owner.
The wines we tasted were very good, they enhanced the platter of cured meats and cheeses and... they were so good we had to stock up.
We will return and not just for the beauty of the place, hoping to be able to visit the cellars as well.
