An unforgettable afternoon in the Cantina Tenuta Uccellina, surrounded by nature and very close to the center of Russi, in a suggestive historical context of Romagna.
At the end of the visit in the cellar and of the deepening of the wine themes, follows the tasting of 3/4/5 glasses of the most representative wines of the Romagna Territory among which, besides Sangiovese and Albana, some autochthonous vines such as "Famoso" (Rambela) and "Uva Longanesi" (Burson) accompanied by typical products such as the unfailing Piadina with squacquerone (caratheristic Romagna's cheese)!

We were explained the multiple processes to create a wine, then went and were served with piadinas, cheese and meets and also tasted 5 different wines with one extra free from them. Truly recommend.

Avevo prenotato la degustazione in italiano tuttavia io non sono ancora così buono ma Antonia è stata molto paziente e ci ha spiegato tutto di forma abbastanza chiara e lenta per potere capire del tutto. Poi i cibi e i vini romagnoli ci sono piaciuti tantissimo, e alla fine abbiamo fatto una visita alla fabbrica. Antonia e la sua famiglia ci hanno trattato veramente bene e gentilmente. In generale abbiamo trascorso una piacevole serata.

Very informative, delicious wine

The owner family is very lovely, the tour with the son was very informative , he told us very interesting details about the region and their vineyard. The wine was very delicious so that we decided to buy some bottles afterward. I would recommend it for everyone who is in the region :)
