An unusual tasting experience at Ravenna's Covered Market, starring two products that combine perfectly for an intense organoleptic experience: the Rhum Jamaica Selezione Leonardo Spadoni rums and the signature Gardini chocolates.

The perfect way to enjoy rum with chocolate is to start with a sip of rum to prepare your mouth, then taste the chocolate and continue with a tasting of the distillate.

The tasting includes:
- Rhum Jamaica Selezione Leonardo Spadoni, a classic rum with exotic aromas that takes the mind back to Jamaica at the first sip. Vanilla, cinnamon, cocoa and spices are some of the notes emanating from this liqueur distilled from sugar cane and still produced with an artisanal still according to a recipe from 1898
- Rhum Jamaica Leonardo Spadoni high-proof, ultra-pure Rhum Jamaica, distilled the old-fashioned way with an artisanal still, exudes exotic and exuberant aromas, with primary hints of vanilla and cinnamon, citrus, cocoa, and complex spices
- Gardini chocolate with sweet salt from Cervia

The experience also includes a tour of the Covered Market guided by the staff, discovering the history, architecture, furnishings, and local food and wine culture.
