Here is what's in store for you

Enjoy a tasting of three Leonardo Spadoni Selection liqueurs, made following Pellegrino Artusi's original recipe, accompanied by the traditional Romagna doughnut, the "Brazolada", all in the heart of Ravenna's Covered Market.

The tasting includes:
- Shot glass of Rosolio di Rose, which boasts a list of ingredients that sounds like the magic formula of a love potion: Bulgarian Rose petals, cloves, nutmegs, mace, Malabar cardamom, coriander, hibiscus flowers. And indeed it is love at first taste.
- Shot glass of Rosolio di Anice, an end-of-meal liqueur whose fragrance is a true dive into Romagna's past. In fact, it comes from Pellegrino Artusi's original recipe, which calls for the infusion of the seeds of the very rare Anice di Romagna in the Stellato and Verde varieties.
- Shot glass of Rosolio di Cedro, an intriguing, fresh-scented end-of-meal liqueur. The infusion of lemon and citron peels is enhanced by the clear, natural juice of the lemon for an even more Mediterranean, citrusy aroma.

The experience also includes a guided tour of the Covered Market by the staff, discovering the history, architecture, furnishings, and local food and wine culture.
