The experience begins with the story of our origins — a deep dive into the history of the winery and the family that, for generations, has cultivated these lands with passion and respect for their winemaking vocation.

From here, a sensory journey unfolds, pairing La Veneranda's finest red wines — Riccardo I Umbria IGT, Montefalco Rosso DOC, Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG, Elli Umbria IGT Rosso, and the precious Montefalco Sagrantino Passito DOCG — with carefully selected gastronomic pairings designed to enhance their aromas and character.

The tasting opens with our artisanally crafted cured meats, including capocollo and the delicate Bocconcello. Traditional bruschetta takes on new flavor: one version dressed simply with our own extra virgin olive oil, the other enriched by a creamy lentil and truffle spread. Then comes our signature Crostino della Veneranda, a family recipe that tells the story of our culinary roots. Completing the experience are our rustic salami and dried sausage, a reflection of local norcineria tradition, and aged pecorino cheese served with a refined red wine jelly — a perfect balance of boldness and sweetness. The tasting concludes with a taste of classic Umbrian Tozzetti, for a sweet and authentic finish.
