The Scirocco Experience at Baglio Sorìa is designed to offer you a full tasting experience of the wines that are born in the 7 Firriato estates, accompanied by the scents of the dishes made with selected raw materials, strictly at Km0, by Executive Chef Andrea Macca of Baglio Sorìa's Restaurant.
Experience the marriage between food and wine, enhancing the ancient bond of the art of conviviality. After a tour of the vineyards of the Baglio Sorìa estate, you'll experience the guided tasting of four labels, paired with an appetizer, a first course, and a house dessert.
