The Ramaddini Winery awaits you in the south of Sicily to discover its fine wines.

The experience will begin with a guided tour of the winery, where you will learn about its history and production processes.

After the tour, you will enjoy the “Sicilian Essence” tasting, a complete journey through the region's authentic flavors. The tasting includes toasted almonds, warm bread with extra virgin olive oil, fresh ricotta with honey, a selection of goat cheeses (including one aged in Nero d’Avola) and pecorino cheeses served with jams, truffle cheese with anchovy, local cured meats such as Nero dei Nebrodi pork and wild boar, Sicilian caponata and sun-dried tomatoes, and Modica chocolate, all paired with four selected wines.

Children will instead enjoy the winery’s Baby Bacco tasting, which includes fruit juice and typical baked goods.
