Each wine is thoughtfully paired with a selection of Tuscan specialties, including bruschetta drizzled with estate-produced extra virgin olive oil, a platter of premium local cured meats and cheeses, and a tasting of a traditional Tuscan dish.

To conclude the experience on a sweet note, guests will enjoy a glass of Vinsanto “Accarigi”, accompanied by cantuccini, the classic Tuscan almond biscuits. The tour offers a complete sensory journey, allowing visitors to experience the rich traditions and flavors of the region while enjoying the warm hospitality of Il Sosso Winery.

Beautiful visit and great history of the winery
With my family (5 adults) we had a great time visiting the winery and enjoying their wine tasting with a truly exquisite meal. For a starter, a board of toasts with different spreads, olives, their own olive oil, and sun-dried tomatoes. Then a traditional Tuscan dish (panzanella) and a board of cheeses and cured meats.
The service from Antonella was excellent and the tour in Spanish was very thorough.
