Here is what you will live
The perfect opportunity to combine a tasting of the famous wine of the Orgosolo Winery with some local delicacies.
You'll start with a visit and presentation of the winery and its products, with a brief overview of the wine-growing sector in central Sardinia and with particular reference to Cannonau, a historic vine variety of Sardinia, from which the wonderful wine is derived.
At the end of the visit you will have the opportunity to take part in a guided tasting of three of the winery's wines, accompanied by a tasting of typical cheeses, such as Ricotta secca, Pecorino di 3-4 months and Pecorino Stagionato, PDO products strictly from the area, and Pane Carasau.
