Taste the authentic flavours of the pure wines of the Abruzzese Mountains: for 5 generations the Margiotta family has been preserving the native vines of the Peligna Valley with deep respect for the local biodiversity.
The experience begins with a tour of the vineyards (weather permitting), winery, and Chromotherapeutic Barricaia (oak barrels' room). The tour is followed by a guided tasting of 3 wines (normally Vellus Spumante brut, Cretara Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOC Superiore, and Montepulciano DOC) accompanied by a typical platter with prosciutto and homemade cold cuts, local cheese (Pecorino, Caciotta or Caprino), Peligno bread with potatoes and EVO oil, jams of local production, Mosto Cotto (cooked grapes juice) and organic honey, all km 0.
