This family-run estate thrives on biodynamic principles, with Mathias taking care of the vines, his father Georges crafting the wines, and his uncle Remy, a painter, merging art with wine in the cellar. Our wine tasting was very interesting because we had never before enjoyed French wine that has been aged in glass containers and kept in the sun. The lady whose family owns this small winery told the story of how this method of wine fermentation came about. I highly recommend everyone to try this experience.
