Here is what's in store for you

Come and enjoy a special lunch or dinner among the hills and vineyards of Monferrato at Tère Rüse.

Upon arrival, we will take you for a walk among the rows and explain what respect for nature means to us. You will be able to will touch the plants and breathe the pure air of our countryside. We will then visit the winery with the amphorae for winemaking. Next, we will accompany you among the barrels where Tère Rüse's wine rests in silence. Depending on the season you will have the opportunity to observe different stages of our work.

Finally, we will accompany you to your reserved table at Tère Rüse's Agrivineria where you can enjoy a typical lunch or dinner prepared with typical local products accompanied by a tasting of all our wines.

No alcohol will be served to minors. Minors may order from the a la carte menu and their consumption may be paid on-site. When choosing the reservation time, it should be taken into account that the visit to the winery will take place before sitting down in the Agrivineria to eat.

UNA DEGUSTAZIONE IDIMENTICABILE

Arrivati all’Agriturismo ci ha accolto Gregorio che ci ha accompagnati a vedere i loro allevamenti raccontandoci con passione la loro storia e le caratteristiche dei terreni.. Si sono convertiti nel Bio applicando la biodinamica ottenendo grandi risultati. Effettuano l’inerbimento con il trifoglio per mantenere umido il terreno. Per la prima fermentazione utilizzano in maggioranza anfore in terracotta di altissima qualità, mentre per l’invecchiamento adoperano botti in legno e serbatoi di acciaio. Il locale dove abbiamo effettuato la degustazione funge anche da ristorante e si è svolta proprio durante la cena preparata sempre da Gregorio che vanta anche una conoscenza gastronomica di alta qualità:; i piatti proposti erano veramente buoni e molto bene impiattati. I vini che ci ha proposto, come è corretto che sia, sono, iniziati con i più leggeri per aumentare nel corso della cena con quelli più strutturati. Abbiamo iniziato con un vino spumante rosato del ‘19 da uve freisa che viene fatto con il procedimento classico, ma quello proposto viene venduto dopo la sosta sui lieviti (44 mesi) senza effettuare la sboccatura. Nonostante questo il vino è incredibilmente limpido e i profumi fruttati sono ben bilanciati. Dopo di questo sono stati serviti 1 Orange wine, 2 barbera, 1 barbera CRU, 1 pinot nero affinato in botte del ‘17, un freisa del ‘17 e per concludere 1 vino passito vinificato sempre in anfora.
