Here is what's in store for you

Your journey begins with a warm welcome from Gabriele, or another member of the La Combarbia team, to their winery in Montepulciano. The tour continues with an explanation of the grape selection process and the function of the equipment, before moving on to the spontaneous fermentation and aging phases.

You will then enter the room where the aging barrels rest for the tasting. Here, you'll sample four of La Combarbia's representative wines:

- IGT Rosso: 100% Sangiovese, not aged in oak.
- ICS Rosso IGT: A blend of 70% Cabernet and 30% Sangiovese.
- Rosso di Montepulciano DOC: A traditional blend of 80% Sangiovese, 10% Mammolo, and 10% Canaiolo.
- Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG: 100% Sangiovese, the estate's flagship wine.
