This experience at the Cocci Grifoni Estate is similar to traveling in time. How does climate affect wine, how do you understand the enologist’s choice and how can these elements be compared to wines produced in different years? The answer is by a vertical tasting of the same wine from the same cellar but a different vintage.
This experience takes place in the Library, an intimate place where you can talk about wine, admire the bottles, drink and listen to wine stories from Tenuta Cocci Grifoni. You can choose to combine this experience with dinner at the estate, with a menu prepared by chef Daniele Maurizi Citeroni and served on the estate's Terrace.
