Under the guidance of an expert Mandoon Estate host, you’ll dig a little deeper into the world of winemaking; explore the unique characteristics of different wine varieties and how they can work together to create harmony and balance. Then, create the perfect wine to suit your taste.
At the conclusion of your experience, you’ll be presented with your own unique winemaker blend, complete with personalised label.
