Red Wine Tasting & Local Platter at Casetto in Bardolino

A member of the Brancher family or their team will welcome you to Cantina Casetto for a tasting dedicated to their red wines, held on a terrace with a direct view of Lake Garda.

The experience starts with a platter of local products to accompany the wines. You'll find a selection of cold cuts like salami or pancetta, cheeses such as Asiago and Grana Padano, and sides of giardiniera, mustard, and dark chocolate.

You will taste four IGT and DOCG wines, each showcasing a different blend of local and international grapes. The lineup includes Bardolino Superiore Classico DOCG, Il Decanto IGT Verona, Bral IGT Verona, and Eremus IGT Verona. The Eremus is made with 100% of its grapes—Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Merlot, and Marzemino—undergoing the appassimento process.

After the tasting, you will visit the cellar to see where the wines are produced. In case of bad weather, the tasting moves to the indoor room, which has large windows to ensure you don't miss the view of the lake.
