The Time tasting at Pian del Pino is designed for enthusiasts and curious minds who wish to explore how wine evolves, transforms, and gains complexity over time—especially for those who appreciate the depth of tertiary aromas that only aging can reveal.
During this experience, you will taste at least six different vintages, moving through a progression of expressions: from the energy and freshness of younger wines, to balance, subtlety, structure, and finally depth and maturity. Each glass represents a moment in time, offering a unique perspective on the life of the wine.
The experience is a journey through evolving sensations—tensions, fragilities, and harmonies—where primary fruit gradually gives way to more complex notes such as leather, tobacco, spices, and undergrowth. More than a simple tasting, it is an immersion into the living evolution of wine.
With a slower rhythm and a more contemplative approach, this experience invites guests to listen to the wine rather than analyze it, discovering how time shapes its identity and transforms it into something deeper and more evocative.

Where we are and how to reach us
The estate is located at Via Ascione 6919, Campogialli, 52028 Terranuova Bracciolini (Arezzo), Tuscany. To reach us, we recommend using Google Maps and searching for “Pian del Pino.” The final stretch (approximately 50 meters) is on a country road, with the Pratomagno vineyard on the left. The visual reference point is the entrance to the estate among the vineyards, without visible tourist facilities — this is a purely agricultural setting. Free parking is available within the property, close to the reception area. The estate is not easily accessible by public transport: the best option is to come by private car.
