This tasting experience at the Spagnolli Winery will take you to the heart of the Trento DOC wine area.
From the roots of the vines to the glass, you will have the opportunity to experience a holistic journey through the winery's mountain plots, venturing among the steeply terraced vineyards to experience firsthand the sacrifices required to grow mountain grapes.
This is followed by a visit to the winery, guided by the owner himself, where the most salient steps in the composition of the classic method Blanc de Noirs will be revealed to you.
Finally, it will be time to taste the fruit of the labors and sacrifices of three Spagnolli generations: you will taste 2 glasses of Blanc de Noirs sparkling wine, accompanied by an exclusive selection of cured meats and cheeses from the territory.
