The tour concludes in the panoramic tasting room, offering a breathtaking view of Estremoz. Here, you'll enjoy a tasting of selected wines from Adega do Monte Branco. Please note that the wine selection may vary depending on availability at the time of your visit.

To complement the wines, you’ll be served a typical Alentejo snack, along with a mixed board of local sausages and cheeses, and a delicious portion of partridge in escabeche, a traditional regional delicacy.
